I really find the photos in your mood board interesting and I can see how these images speak to you and how they are some sort of reflection of the work you are interested in. But - and with the risk of pissing you off now - I really struggle with photographs not being credited properly online.
Thanks Susanne, I get your point and don't worry, it doesn't offend me in any way, in fact, I like that it gives us the opportunity for a conversation. I see it from this angle, I'm not sharing specific work of the artists, also I'm not doing any research on authors, movements or trends. I'm only looking at things that pick my interest and put them together without any context for the sole purpose to avoid any distraction. I don't even know who the authors are and I'm not interested either. All I'm after is the raw emotion that the images, single and as a group awaken in me.
THIS is how to put together a narrative with strong symbolically, cohesive images! Welcome to 2025, Xavi! I love the image of the Jesus card on the stove by the way - not because it's any more impactful but it has its own randomness! Even though it's a mood board, it speaks to where you SEE. Love it.
The colorful bags stacked on top of each other, the women with flowers, and the martial artist with the sword are true stand-outs for me. Where did you take the photo of the man with the sword?

I hope this makes sense.
what about the source, she seems so worry about that
I could credit The Internet but still, these come from many different places. Again, to avoid distractions or unwanted interruptions, no sources.
Some times you don’t need words of inspiration, one photo can say so much.

Exactly that, Juliette. Thanks for noticing!
Fantastic photos, Xavi! Inspired and inspiring.

They're not my photos, it's a mood board of images grabbed from different sources and arranged at random as inspiration for this month.
Very nice and diverse selection. I like very much the ‘women’s bouquet’. I’d call it rather ‘Bouquet de femmes’, in French because it has more flair.😊
Thanks Luz, I like Bouquet de femmes!
👍🏻
jesus fucking christ. what's going on?
It's a mood board, ever heard of one?
Wow great images Xavi!
Thanks Shital, just some inspiration for the month.
These are great. Thanks for sharing
